08 May 3rd Thursday Art Crawl & Camden Night Gardens
Camden Night Gardens, a free nighttime creative arts festival on the Camden Waterfront was kicking off at the same time (in conjunction with Camden’s 3rd Thursday Art Crawl). A parade of talented dancers and musicians led by Camden Sophisticated Sisters marched by Johnson Park and performed outside our gallery. What a treat for us all! Then, the parade marched the crowd into the Camden Night Gardens to start the creative arts festival there.
The Camden Night Gardens was filled with talented local performers. That evening, William was honored to partner with other artists in painting the 8 foot letters that spell out the word Camden. He painted the letter M (photos below).
