29 Oct William Painting Live Again – Live Art with Reset Ministries at Retreat in Phoenix, AZ
We are very excited to share with you William painted live once again (with the medical issues he endured, it has been about a year since he has created live art). We are truly grateful to God and to all of you for your prayers.
Please know we are sincerely honored William painted live with the incredible Reset Ministries at their Reset Retreat in Phoenix, AZ, on October 10 & 11. William created a powerful, inspiring, multi-layered painting entitled Refuge (36” x 48” – acrylic on canvas) during the retreat that weekend.
We are incredibly thankful as William’s finished painting, Refuge, was purchased for $5,000. All of this provision goes to Reset Ministries and their important work helping to set people free from past hurts or suffering and to walk with God in freedom.
The wonderful woman, Pam, who purchased Refuge inquired about purchasing this art during the first hours of the retreat (when William had only created the first layer of the painting). She wanted this artwork to be in her home in Glendale, AZ, which she uses for ministry purposes. We (and the Reset leadership team) believed this finished artwork was for her, and we are all very excited she has Refuge.
Inspiration for this painting is Psalm 34:1-9
I will extol the Lord at all times; his praise will always be on my lips.
I will glory in the Lord; let the afflicted hear and rejoice.
Glorify the Lord with me; let us exalt his name together.
I sought the Lord, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears.
Those who look to him are radiant; their faces are never covered with shame.
This poor man called, and the Lord heard him; he saved him out of all his troubles.
The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and he delivers them.
Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him.
Fear the Lord, you his holy people, for those who fear him lack nothing.
